Registration Fee Refunds:

Cancellation requests received before February 20, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after February 20, 2026.

Event Cancellation:

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
