Participation in Zorax is open to students, researchers, academicians, and industry professionals.
Registration fee are non-transferable and must be completed within the specified deadlines.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

Intellectual Property:

Participants retain ownership of their submitted projects and presentations. However, Kongu Engineering College reserves the right to use submitted materials for promotional and academic purposes.
Any unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer:

The organizers are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
Participants are expected to comply with venue safety guidelines and security protocols.

Changes to the Event:

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or format if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
